Privacy Policy 

We do not ask for or record any customer data and your payment information is handled through secure third party financial services.

When we interview, record or transcribe any sessions, we may use an online transcription service, Rev.com, which also has strict data security policies - any uploaded audio files are protected by end-to-end encryption. 

We only share files with the client they belong to unless instructed to share them with others. 

We delete all recordings and files or transfer full access and control of transcriptions and recordings to the client upon request.
